Pork pilaf

Ingredients:


400 g Baltix long grain rice
300 g  of pork
100 grams of bacon
3 big carrots
2 onions
2 tbsp of dried oregano
4 tbsp of tomato sauce
salt, pepper, garlic
 
Preparation:


Cut the meat into cubes and bacon into small pieces and fry in oil, add onion and carrot cubes and spices, add some water. Fry meat and remove the bacon. Boil the rice in a low heat for 15 minutes at a ratio of 1 part rice and 2 parts water. Add the rice, tomato sauce and oregano to meat, stir and season.
