Four cereals flakes Four cereals flakes - a mixture of barley, oat, wheat and rye. The husks of the cereals are removed, after which the grains are roasted.
After roasting, the grains are steamed, rolled into flakes and dried. The flakes are mixed together.

To prepare porridge, add the flakes into boiling water or milk and cook it up to 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
Season with some salt and let cool under a lid. Raisins or some jam may be added.
