Millet flakes
Millet flakes are made of quality millet which has been flaked first. Making millet flakes is a bit harder thanks to separating oil, but the result is worth it. Millet flakes taste good, have a lot of vital magneesium and zinc in them and turn skin more elastic and pretty. For a tasty porridge, add millet flakes to hot water or milk and boil it on a weak fire for 1-3 minutes. After that, leave it to hatch under the lid. If you like, you can add salt. For a full taste experience, add raisins, bananas and jam. Enjoy!
