Brown rice (4x100g) is ordinary long grain rice which has not been polished. Only the grain’s shell has been removed, which means that it has all its healthy layers. Brown rice includes many vitamins, minerals, fibers and a lot of proteins. The rice has a peculiar taste which resembles a nut and it’s also popular among health foods lovers. For preparing, wash the rice bag first in colder water and then put it into salty water. Finally boil it on a low heat water for 25 minutes.
