Apricot Cheesecake

Ingredients :


450 g of apricot compote or 1 kg of fresh apricots
100 g of sugar
75 grams of Baltix semolina
50 g butter
3 eggs
600 grams of cottage cheese
150g apricot yogurt
2 teaspoons baking soda
 
Preparation :


Cut apricots into cubes. Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs, add cottage cheese and yogurt. Rub evenly, mix semolina with baking soda, add into pastry . Mix in appricot cubes. Bring mixture to a 26 cm oven dish and bake at 175 degrees for about 1 hour. When ready, sprinkle over with pordered sugar.
